This Privacy Policy explains how ScrollFit («the App», «we», «us») collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. By using ScrollFit, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Note: the camera is used exclusively to detect your exercise movements while the relevant screen is open. We do not record, store, or transmit camera footage.

  • To save and sync your fitness progress and screen-time data across your devices
  • To operate optional rewarded-ad features that grant extra screen time
  • To operate the app-blocking / screen-time control feature you configure
  • To display advertising, including personalized ads where you have given consent
  • To maintain, improve and troubleshoot the App

ScrollFit uses the following third-party services, which may collect information used to identify you:

These providers may use Advertising ID and similar identifiers across apps and services. You can manage your ad personalization choices at any time from the App’s Settings screen («Privacy options»), or at the device level via your Android Settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App’s features (authentication, cloud sync, and advertising), and when required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and fitness data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at scrollfit.info@gmail.com. We will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for advertising personalization at any time
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Advertising Consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, ScrollFit will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads or using non-essential cookies/identifiers, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable e-privacy laws. You can change your consent choice at any time from the App’s Settings screen using the «Privacy options» button.

8. Children’s Privacy

ScrollFit is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard services (Google Firebase) to store and protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated «Last updated» date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
